If you aren’t living the lifestyle, you will struggle to authentically speak about Beachbody. It starts with faithfully drinking Shakeology, pushing play to a sweat session on Beachbody on Demand, and sharing what you’re doing so people know they can come to you and follow in your footsteps.ĭoing these things will drive your attitude and grow your self-confidence.
